 To All Members of ES & LSS There will be a Special General Meeting (SGM) held on Thursday 25th August 2022, 7pm, virtual via Zoom. The reason is to remove our current independent examiner and appoint a new one.
NOTE The Management Committee wish to appoint a new accountant. Our accounting period runs from beginning of September to end of August. The accountant is also the independent examiner, this role can only be changed at an AGM or SGM, as stated in our constitution.
