Hello and welcome to the website of Exmouth Swimming & Life Saving Society.

The society prides itself on the teaching and coaching of swimming and we would like you to have a look and learn a bit about our society, there is a lot of information so please take your time to familiarise yourself with it.

Within the site you are able to access specific details about each of our sections using the tabs above, this is very relevant because as your ability improves it is likely you will take part in each section.

We start in Learn to Swim (LTS) progress on to Competitive and Development (C & D) before moving into Masters. During your time as a member you may even give open water swimming a try.
