Swimmers in the competitive squad train as part of either the apprentice, development, or senior squad.
The swimmers train to improve and develop with an aim to winning a place in the Exmouth Squad for club Galas and Speedo League.
Swimmers can also target a club record time, with records existing for every age group in every event. |

Exmouth Swimming and Lifesaving Society hosted the final round of last season’s Speedo National League Division 2 West programme.
Bristol Central, Christchurch, Pontypool and Southwold were the other clubs drawn who took part in the gala, held at the Riverside pool in Exeter.
Southwold, from Gloucestershire, scored a surprise victory in the gala as they were the lowest ranked of the 5 clubs taking part. The final scores were; Southwold 166pts, Christchurch 152, Pontypool Dolphins 148, Exmouth 142 and Bristol Central 134.
Overall Exmouth finished 12th in the 18 club division. Head coach Dave Smith said, “ We were close to our best result in many years. Well done to the swimmers, those who helped, and to all the supporters.” |
