The club run swimming lessons on a Saturday evening at Exmouth Sports Centre. There are four session times-
6.00-6.30pm 6.30-7.00pm 7.00-7.30pm 7.30-8.00pm
Lifesaving and Challenge Badge courses are held on a Wednesday evening 7-8pm. |

The Learn to swim section of the club is the section of the club who teach children ranging in abilities from non-swimmer to those who are capable of swimming a number of lengths in a number of strokes. The main lessons are held on a Saturday night and follow the ASA’s National Plan for Teaching Swimming.
Also available are Lifesaving and Challenge Badge courses on a Wednesday night.

The Learn to swim section of the club has recently switched our classes to the new National Plan for Teaching Plan. The old levels 1-12 have now been replaced with stages 1 to 7 and competitive swimming stages 8, 9, and 10.
For stages 8, 9 and 10 we run three forty minute sessions: 6.00-6.40pm 6.40-7.20pm 7.20-8.00pm |
