The club run swimming lessons on a Saturday evening at Exmouth Sports Centre. There are four session times-
6.00-6.30pm, 6.30-7.00pm, 7.00-7.30pm and 7.30-8.00pm. Lifesaving and Challenge Badge courses are held on a Wednesday evening 7-8pm.

The Learn to swim section of the club is the section of the club who teach children ranging in abilities from non-swimmer to those who are capable of swimming a number of lengths in a number of strokes. The main lessons are held on a Saturday night and follow the ASA’s National Plan for Teaching Swimming.
Also available are Lifesaving and Challenge Badge courses on a Wednesday night.
